FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY FLORIST?

We recommend selecting your wedding florist no later than six (6) months before you say "I DO".  If you are planning your wedding in the prime wedding season (spring & fall in Hilton Head & Bluffton), we recommend contacting us as soon as you have a date.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST OF A FULL-SERVICE WEDDING FLORAL?

Your wedding or special event floral budget should be between 20% of the total budget.  Why so much?  Florists are experts in sourcing and designing your wedding flowers.  Plus, the awesome team members behind the designers curate the whole process from the time of consultation to the day of your "I-Do's" including transferring floral and rental items to the breakdown process.

HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

First things first, reach out via our Contact Form.

From there, we'll schedule a consultation call to review your ideas & inspirations. We recommend having some of details ready for our discussion. (i.e., inspiration photos, estimated guest counts, venue, etc.)

After our consultation, we will draft a custom detailed proposal for you.

Once you accept the proposal, we will send you a contract.

WHAT IS A PROPOSAL?

A proposal is an estimate. After looking over all of your ideas and talking to our designers, we will put together a proposal reflecting your ideas. This will have line item pricing included.

Note: The proposal can be changed up to 30 days before your wedding based on final counts and needs.

CONTRACTS & DEPOSITS

To save your day with your chosen florist, you will need to do two things to ensure you get them on your day:

1) You will need to sign a contract that goes over the fine print of our services, cancellations, acts of got, etc.

2) Pay the deposit. This deposit is non refundable.

Note: Your wedding will not be put on our calendar until both of those have been received.
